What is your current processing time?
The processing time for orders is currently two-four weeks, this is because the majority of items are handmade. Please feel free to message us anytime for updates on your order.
You will receive a notification when your items have been shipped via email.
Please take the processing and shipping times into account when ordering for birthdays, Christmas or special events.
What are the shipping/postage times?
We ship all items with Deutsche Post.
Their current postage times are:
Europe: 2-7 working days
United States: 7-14 working days
International: 14-20 working days
Please note these are only estimates and can vary depending on the time of year, customs delays etc.
We also recommend purchasing the tracked shipping option for your package.
Can I make a custom order?

Are your products cruelty-free/vegan?
Yes! we are passionate vegans so all items are made with faux fur & faux leather.

Is your packaging discreet?
All packaging is discreet. Outside of Europe a customs label with the content of the package is required. so 'COSTUME' will be marked on the box. Please let us know if you would like different content written.

Are your items BDSM proof?
Yes, all items are designed to be BDSM proof. Collars included solid hardware and nylon, allowing it to be tug proof.
Do your tails come with plugs?
Plugs are available for tails at an additional cost. Please find them under 'toys'. we recommend the glass plugs as they are most appropriate for the weight & size of the tails.
How do the tail & plug attach?
Our plugs attach via the ribbon. You simply tie the tail and the plug together. Please check the blog post on 'Tail & Plug attachment' for further details!
How do the tails attach to clothes?
Our tails all have a nylon loop sewn onto them. All tails come with a safety pin threaded through the loop, which can then be clipped to your clothes.

I think there’s a problem with the money conversion on your site. When I click on USD it says that that tails are fifty two million dollars. Other items in other sections are in the millions of dollars range. Just thought you’d like to know.
